Frequently Asked Questions

We understand that life gets busy and work, kids, illnesses, vacations, or other priorities can sometimes get in the way.  We are more than willing to try to work around your schedule. However, you must provide at least 24 hours notice before the start time of your registered training course should you need to reschedule. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice prior to your lesson will result in one session being deducted from your total remaining sessions (K9 Training) or a $50 non-refundable rescheduling fee will be charged at the time of rescheduling (Firearms & Self-Defense Courses).

During training, if you choose to postpone your lessons, your remaining session will be good for a 6-month period. After 6 months, any remaining unused training sessions will be forfeited and are not transferable.

It is my goal to exceed your training goals and expectations;  and to help you achieve a solid foundation based on the extreme ownership principles of leadership, trust & accountability.  Simply put, you are solely responsible for you & your dog's successes of failures!  If you're disciplined & follow the training principles, you will start to see great improvement in your dog's behavior starting day #1.  If you lack discipline, you cut corners, your lazy, you don't follow through and you continue to create excuses for your dogs behavior, then it is no-one else's fault but your own & it's your hard earned money that will have been waisted!  It is my reputation on the line when it comes the quality of the training.  And if you as the dog's owner have no skin in the game when it comes to the success/failure of you & your dog's training; then how can you discipline your dog when you yourself are undisciplined?  So for that reason, if at any time after the completion of your first training session you decide to cancel for any reason, any remaining unused training sessions will be forfeited , will not be transferable and no refunds will be provided.
